introduction class to TEA
What's to learn about TEA ?
- Styles of tea production:
Orthodox and CTC processing
- Steeping methods to a perfect cup of tea
Each student will learn sensory evaluation of
each tea type thru 'tea cupping'
LUNCH MENU CHOICES
Organic side salad OR soup
(Tomato Basil or Carrot Ginger)
and a choice of:
Warm Brie Sandwich
Creamy French Brie cheese topped with raspberry/jalapeno jam served on multi grain toast
House Chicken Salad Sandwich
Homemade chicken salad with grapes, pecans, dried cranberries on walnut/cranberry bread
Chicken Spinach Wrap Panini
Spinach wrap filled with organic spinach, onions, peppers, chicken and goat cheese, grilled to perfection.
Vegetarian Tomato Pesto Wrap Panini
Tomato wrap filled with oganic spinach, red onions, peppers, pesto, roasted red peppers and mozzarella.
