1. Going GA 400 North exit 7b, Right on Holcomb Bridge rd., left on Warsaw Rd. (by the olive garden), take Warsaw until you come to a round about, Go Right and Right again on Norcross Street until Norcross dead ends. Then go left on canton street, then right on Magnolia Street, pass through one more red light (Mimosa), immediately on your left you’ll see a white picket fence, that is the Roswell Tea House, on the corner of Magnolia and Thomas street.
2. Going GA 400 South, Exit 7 and follow the same directions as above.
3. Coming from Norcross, Take Jimmy Carter which turns into holcombridge rd., cross over GA 400 and follow directions as above
4. Coming from East-Cobb:
**Johnson ferry road all the way to it dead ends, go right on Shallowford, this road will turn into Pine Grove rd. and will then turn into Magnolia street, we are the first house on the right where it just turned into Magnolia street, just passed the Kids 'r' kids daycare.
OR
***coming from marietta highway into Roswell, go left by the Roswell Mill, go up to the fork, take the left side of the fork, take left on magnolia street, (by the shell gas station), pass through the next traffic light (mimosa), immediately on your left you'll see a white picket fence, that is the roswell teahouse, on the corner of Magnolia street and Thomas street.
5. Coming from Woodstock: take Highway 92 towards Roswell, go Right on Crabapple Road, crabapple will change into Canton Street, you will then come to a traffic light, go Right on Magnolia Street, pass through the next traffic light (mimosa), immediately on your left you'll see a white picket fence, that is the roswell teahouse, on the corner of Magnolia Street and Thomas Street.

PARKING: We have parking, to the right of our front door for about ten cars, however we have also a parking agreement with the church on thomas street, where there is space for about 200 cars.
